📦 Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Our products are shipped directly from our trusted international partners.
- Processing time: 1 business day
- Delivery time: Around 4-5 business days after dispatch
⏰ Please note: During busy periods (like Christmas), dispatch may take slightly longer.
Check your spam or junk folder for your dispatch email — and if it’s not there, send us a quick message at help@thermowear.co.uk for an update.
💥 Damaged Goods
We carefully package every order, but occasionally things can go wrong in transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please take a few clear photos and email them to help@thermowear.co.uk — we’ll sort it right away.
🛑 Order Changes & Cancellations
Had a change of heart? No worries.
You can cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of placing it.
If it’s already been dispatched, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive before returning it for a full refund.
⏳ Where’s My Order?
Still waiting for your delivery? Don’t panic!
Please allow up to 7 days from dispatch.
If it hasn’t arrived by then, just email us — we’ll either resend your order or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
📬 Address Errors
Entered the wrong address?
Get in touch within 24 hours, and we’ll update it before it ships. If your parcel’s already on the way, we won’t be able to make changes, unfortunately.

No tracking number?
